Will working in the shop

In his youth, much of his time was spent in the shops of his uncles and his grandfather.

His uncles were Master Pattern Makers and Master Carpenters. His grandfather built custom furniture, his father was the owner of a sawmill.

Love for antiques, fine custom furniture and beautiful woods are deeply routed in his workmanship.

In 1973 he open the doors to his first shop, in his home town of Nashua NH., offering meticulous restoration, custom made furniture, hand carved signs as well custom milling of wide lumber.

In 1976 he was juried by the League of New Hampshire Craftsman and became a member Craftsperson.

In 1979 he relocated to Portsmouth N.H. and in 1991 to his present location in Stratham N.H.

His work drew him to study the fine details of styles and original finishes of authentic period furniture found in museums and private collections.  His study of trade books have guided him to the level of master craftsman.  After more than 30 years he is considered an authority in the field.
